Next to the bathroom is the children's room with two single beds, each of which can also serve as two extra beds, which means that this room is ideal for 2 + 2 people. The children's room is equipped with a wardrobe and a small table with chairs for children.
To the left of this floor, you will enter a double bedroom that overlooks the central part of the house. Next to this room, there is a bathroom with a tub. Behind the third door, there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom and a balcony with a view of the pool and courtyard.
In the basement of this spacious villa, there is a tavern, which is equipped with an internal fireplace, a table and chairs and a small kitchenette. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, sauna and recreation area with exercise equipment (rowing machine, 2 home bikes, treadmill, bench for exercise) and toys for children and 2 sofa-beds that can serve as beds for 3 people.
